2007 High-Power Rifle Long Range Match Information.
NRA HIGH-POWER RIFLE TOURNAMENTS SPONSORED BY:

Mid Range and Long Range Match Dates: April 21st & 22nd, May 19th & 20th,
June 23rd & 24th, July 28th & 29th, Aug 25th & 26th, Sept 22nd & 23rd.
LOCATION: Colorado Rifle Club Range, 75000 East 112th Ave, Byers, Co.
Byers is about 40 miles East of Denver on I-70. The Range is located about 8 miles east of Byers on US Hwy 36, then about 9 miles North on the Leader Road (52N), Then one mile West on 96th Ave to the range gate, then one mile North to the Ranges.
ELIGIBILITY: Competition is open to all.
ENTRIES: Individual entries are to be made by submitting a completed”Entry and Score Reporting Card (SR-1) to the Match Director or by phone or email by Wednesday before each match. Your current NRA Membership Number, Classification and Category, Any Rifle/Any Sight or F Class Rifle, must appear on your entry card.
All entries are pre-squadded with those of the same classification to be squadded on the same relay as much as possible and is practicable at the time entries are closed.
ENTRIES LIMITED TO: 60 COMPETITORS. All entries must be received by the Wednesday before the match. If fewer than six (6) are pre-registered, the match will be canceled and all fees will be refunded.

Match Fee’s: $50.00 for a Two day Tournaments.
$25.00 for a One day Tournament

RULES: Current NRA High-Power Rifle Rules will govern the conduct of these tournaments.
CLASSIFICATIONS: NRA classifications will be used for all matches. There will be awards for each class unless there are fewer than 5 entries in that class, in which case those entries may be combined into the next higher class. Unclassified competitors will compete as Masters, unless there are 5 or more Unclassified competitors. All Long Range Classifications will be verified with NRA Competitions Division. A Competitor who enters a Long Range Match at a classification lower than his or her actual classification will forfeit all awards and notification will be sent to the NRA of their conduct. At this time there are no classifications for F Class Shooters.
CATEGORIES: There will be two categories for these tournaments;
ANY RIFLE / ANY SIGHT
F CLASS, any rifle, .35 caliber or less, any sights, rests permitted (bipods, rests, or sand bags) prone or back position. F Class will fire as an autonomous class with awards based on 5 or more competitors for one place award, with additional awards for each 5 competitors.
COURSE OF FIRE: There will be three matches of 20 shots for record with unlimited sighters in a time limit of 25 minutes for the 600 yard matches. The Long Range Matches will consist of 20 shots for record with unlimited sighters in a time limit of 30 minutes at 1000 yards.
AWARD SCHEDULE: Fifty percent of the entry fees are to be returned to the competitors in the form of awards.
RIFLES AND AMMUNITION: Any safe ammunition is allowed. Tracer/Incendiary
Ammunition is not allowed. Rifles are to conform to NRA rules or F Class as described in this program.
TARGETS: NRA mid-range (MR-1) for the 600 yard matches, NRA LR for the Long Range matches.
CHALLENGES: A $2.00 fee will be charged for each challenge and will be returned if the challenge is sustained.
DETAIL DUTIES: Competitors will score and operate targets with the Colorado Rifle Club members performing match duties as assigned. Competitors will score in all matches. Failure to serve your assigned detail (firing, scoring, and target duties) may result in disqualification for that match.
NOTE: Indicate on your SR-1 card the rifle type you will use and the class you compete in. SAND BAGS, RESTS AND BIPODS ARE ALLOWED FOR F CLASS SHOOTERS ONLY.
OPEN BOLT INDICATORS MUST BE USED IN ALL NRA SANCTIONED HIGH-POWER MATCHES!
